Citibank in Kuwait

So Citibank will open in Kuwait, plus 3 other foreign banks.

If anyone knows the other 3 , please mention them, it will be of help. Thank you.

Form the weekly Kuwaiti Cabinet statement:

CBK already approved for BNP Paribas and HSBC to operate.
not sure about a fourth one though, it's most likely an Arab bank (saudi) or ABN Amro.

HSBC will be opening in the free trade zone in Kuwait.

I don't think it will be a retail bank becasue they don't have the retail network but rather a private and commercial bank instead.
